What it means

P0069 sets when the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) reading doesn't correlate with barometric pressure the way the ECM expects. Because MAP is a primary load signal for fueling, a mismatch can cause hesitation, rough idle, and occasional stalling. A drifting MAP sensor, a clogged sensor port, or a vacuum leak are the most common causes.
