What it means
P0068 means the air-flow readings don't agree — the manifold pressure (MAP) and/or mass air flow (MAF) sensor values don't match what the throttle position implies the engine should be drawing in. The most common trigger is a large vacuum leak, but a dirty MAF, faulty MAP, or throttle fault will do it too. Because the ECM meters fuel off these signals, drivability suffers.

- Verify the throttle body and throttle position sensor track smoothly through their range.
- Repair the leak or replace the faulty sensor, then clear the code and re-test.
