MAP/MAF - Throttle Position Correlation
What it means
P0068 means the air-flow readings don't agree β the manifold pressure (MAP) and/or mass air flow (MAF) sensor values don't match what the throttle position implies the engine should be drawing in. The most common trigger is a large vacuum leak, but a dirty MAF, faulty MAP, or throttle fault will do it too. Because the ECM meters fuel off these signals, drivability suffers.
Can I keep driving? Limited β the ECM can't trust its air-metering inputs, so expect hesitation, surging, or reduced power, and a large vacuum leak behind this code can cause rough idle or stalling.
