What it means
P0107 means the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor is sending a voltage below its normal range to the engine computer. The ECM uses manifold pressure to judge engine load and meter fuel, so a bad low signal can cause rough idle, hesitation, poor fuel economy and reduced power. The car will usually still run.

- Replace the MAP sensor if it still reports low with good wiring and vacuum.
- Only consider the ECM after sensor and wiring checks pass.
