P2065 means the PCM sees a circuit fault from the second fuel level sensor (sending unit "B") — an open, short, or out-of-range signal. Many tanks use two sending units, and this one reports the level over part of the tank. The usual effect is an unreliable fuel gauge; it doesn't affect how the engine runs, though it will trip the check-engine light.
