P011E means that after the engine has cooled fully, the coolant temperature reading and the ambient (outside) air temperature reading don't agree the way they should — on a cold-soaked engine they ought to be close. The computer flags one of the two sensors as reading wrong. It's usually a failing temperature sensor or its wiring, and rarely affects how the car drives.
