What it means
P0913 means the gate select actuator circuit is reading a high voltage. On automated-manual transmissions this actuator moves the shift mechanism across gear "gates," so a high-circuit fault — usually a wiring short-to-power, an open, or a failing actuator — can cause difficulty selecting gears or leave the transmission stuck.
