What it means

P0276 means the ECM detects a low-voltage (short-to-ground or open) condition in the electrical circuit for cylinder 6's fuel injector. This is a wiring/injector fault, not a fuel-pressure problem — when the injector can't switch properly, cylinder 6 misfires and the engine runs rough. Persistent misfiring risks catalytic-converter damage, so trace the circuit and injector promptly.
