System Too Rich at Higher Load Bank 2
What it means
P2194 means the PCM has had to pull a lot of fuel out of the mixture on bank 2 under higher engine load, because the air-fuel ratio is running too rich. Extra fuel that isn't burned wastes economy, can produce black smoke, and over time fouls the spark plugs and catalytic converter. The common causes are on the fueling side — leaking injectors, high fuel pressure, or a MAF or oxygen sensor telling the computer the wrong thing — rather than an air leak, which would cause a lean code instead.
