What it means
P0154 means the bank 2 sensor 1 (upstream, pre-catalyst) oxygen sensor signal is flatlined — the ECM sees no switching activity. Without that feedback the engine can't fine-tune the air/fuel mixture on bank 2, so expect a check-engine light, possibly rougher idle and worse fuel economy. It does not prevent the engine from starting.
