What it means
P0152 means the upstream oxygen sensor on bank 2 (sensor 1) is reading an abnormally high voltage, which signals a constant rich condition or a wiring short. The ECM uses this sensor to balance the air-fuel mixture, so a stuck-high reading can push the engine rich, hurting fuel economy and emissions. It does not prevent the engine from starting.
