What it means

P007F sets when the bank 1 and bank 2 charge-air-cooler (intercooler) temperature sensors disagree by more than the ECM expects. These sensors measure post-intercooler intake temperature on each bank; a mismatch usually means one sensor is drifting or has a wiring fault, though a real cooling difference between banks can also trigger it. The engine runs normally and it won't cause a no-start.
