Diesel Intake Air Flow A Position Sensor Circuit High

What it means

P02E9 means the ECM sees an abnormally high voltage from the diesel intake air-flow position sensor β€” the sensor that reports the position of the intake air-control flap. The reading is out of its normal range, so the ECM can't trust intake-airflow control and often limits power. It's an electrical sensor-circuit fault, not an engine-destroying one.
